1. Website and help centre
The website (www.getprojectsmith.com) and the help centre (help.getprojectsmith.com) set no cookies of their own and use no analytics or advertising cookies. The help centre remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies used for security and protection against automated traffic.
2. The ProjectSmith app
The app (app.projectsmith.io) uses only what it needs to work:
- Sign-in: the Microsoft sign-in pages (Microsoft Entra) set their own cookies, and the app keeps your sign-in session in browser storage.
- Preferences: settings such as your theme are kept in browser storage.
- Payments: when an Owner or Admin adds a card, the card form is provided by Stripe, which sets cookies used for fraud prevention.
3. Your choices
Because these cookies and storage are needed for the site and app to work, we do not ask for consent to them. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, but sign-in and payments may then stop working. If we ever add analytics or other optional cookies, we will update this notice first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
